Returns and Refunds
Items are only refundable under the following conditions:
- The items are in an un-opened and unused condition
- The items have been purchased within 14 calendar days
- You have an invoice/order number and contacted us to create a return
- The goods arrive and are in the conditions specified
If your item meets the conditions, you may be eligible for a refund, and the refund will be created against your original payment method.
The refund will exclude delivery costs.
Items that have been damaged are eligible for an exchange, and upon receipt of the original item, an exchange will be sent. When the goods are received, a refund will be applied to the original order for the shipping costs incurred in the exchange.
